1. What Resoo does

Resoo helps you check whether your passport and travel documents are likely to be accepted for a trip. It shows how long your passport remains valid, when countries with a validity rule are likely to stop accepting it, what visa category a destination applies to your passport, how many days you have used under the Schengen 90/180 rule, and when your documents expire.

B2. Resoo is not advice, and not a guarantee

This is the most important thing in these Terms.

Resoo provides general information for personal planning. It is not legal, immigration or travel advice, and it is not a guarantee of entry.

Entry rules change frequently, are applied differently at different borders, and are ultimately decided by border officials and airline staff — not by us. Our data can be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your specific circumstances.

Always confirm requirements with the official embassy, consulate or government source for your destination, and with your airline, before you travel. Do not rely on Resoo as your only source, and do not rely on it to make or cancel bookings.

You are responsible for your own travel documents and for meeting the requirements of every country you enter or transit.

3. Your responsibilities

When using Resoo, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or its data
• Copy, redistribute or resell our content or data
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us

4. Subscriptions

Resoo is a paid app offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
• Managing and cancelling is done in your Apple ID account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. We may change prices for future periods with notice.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple grants one introductory offer per subscription group per Apple ID. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made through Apple's "Report a Problem" process.

7. Your data

Resoo works offline and keeps what you enter on your device, backed up only to your own iCloud account. We do not hold your travel data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data lost through device failure, deletion of the app, or changes to your iCloud settings.

8. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Resoo schedules reminders locally on your device. Delivery depends on your device and its settings, and can be delayed or suppressed by the operating system — for example by battery optimisation or Focus modes. Do not rely on a notification arriving. You can disable them at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design and interface are owned by Resoo and protected by intellectual property laws. Resoo and related logos are our trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

B10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from denied boarding, refused entry, missed flights, cancelled trips, fines, or other travel costs, however caused.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resoo from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Resoo at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where injunctive relief or small-claims matters are permitted. Proceedings must be brought on an individual basis, and you waive participation in class or representative actions. This does not affect mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, highlighted in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
